Welcome to the second edition of the new Experts Sessions! In this series of events, you can join us for evenings with climate tech specialists, visionary founders, and forward-thinking investors in a relaxed and engaging setting. This event is designed to foster knowledge sharing, in-depth discussions, and meaningful connections.

For our second Expert Session, we are delighted to welcome Bart Lubbers, Founder of Fastned, to share his entrepreneurial journey.

Fast-charging growth: from founding to IPO and beyond

Starting with the ambition to build the first nationwide network of fast-charging stations in the Netherlands, Fastned quickly grew into a European leader in sustainable mobility. Today, Fastned operates over 300 stations across Europe, all powered by renewable energy, and continues to expand its footprint while shaping the future of electric mobility. From securing funding and scaling operations to navigating the challenges of going public (and what happens after), Bart and Fastned’s story offers invaluable insights into how to build a business that powers the future.

In this session, Bart will cover:

🚀 The journey from startup to IPO and beyond.

💡 Lessons in scaling infrastructure to meet growing demand.

🔋 The pivotal role of fast-charging stations in accelerating EV adoption.

Please note: This session will be in Dutch.
