In addition, The AFM has authorised Carbon Equity's fund Access to Climate Tech Fund II as a European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) under Regulation (EU) 2015/760, which may be offered to retail investors across the EU under the ELTIF passport. Carbon Equity B.V. is registered with the Authority for the Financial Markets in the Netherlands (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) with registration number 15005329.
