The Speakers
Co-founder of Techleap and Special Envoy supporting the scale-up of Dutch startups. Board member of the €20Bn National Growth Fund and the NATO Innovation Fund. Constantijn worked for 30 years in both public and private sectors, with 15+ years building tech ecosystems across Europe.
Former Chief of Defence of the Dutch armed forces and current Chair of the International Military Council on Climate and Security. Author of The Peace Paradox and The Climate General, bringing a systems-level perspective on climate risks, resilience, and global stability.
Previously Entrepreneur in Residence at Breakthrough Energy Ventures and a fellow at Stanford University, with over a decade of executive experience in the global cement industry. Eric Trusiewicz is now CEO of Rondo Energy, a thermal energy storage company, and a specialist in heavy industrial decarbonization.
With a PhD in Power Networks from the University of Manchester, Dr. Niall Coogan co-founded AssetCool — a company innovating at the nexus of robotics and materials science to tackle one of the biggest bottlenecks in the energy transition: grid congestion.
